Advice for New Ukulele Groups
New ukulele groups are often highly motivated, but need some guidance for channeling all that positive energy. My workshops are very effective at getting a group started AND getting it to going and growing.
Below are some ideas to consider.
1. Structure of meetings - play for fun - have learning sessions - prepare for performances
2. Music choice - Skill level of players, age of players, interests of player
3. Performances - Nursing homes, community groups, town gatherings
4. Size of group - Unlimited? Depends on rehearsal space? Skill level restrictions/
