Musician/educator

I teach ukulele and guitar in the Belfast, Maine area.
I studied music at Berklee College of Music and music education at the University of Maine (B.M. Summa Cum Laude). I am also a Teaching Artist with the Maine Arts Commission.

I am currently the director of Midcoast Ukes of Belfast.

I also teach at several non-profit community arts schools, including Bay Chamber Concerts & Music School, Belfast Homeschool Co-Op and Sweetland School/Sweet Tree Arts. One of my former students is a NASA astronaut on the International Space Station!

I am an experienced ukulele festival workshop teacher and I am available to lead workshops ranging from beginner to advanced skills for ukulele festivals and ukulele groups. My specialty is helping senior centers, retirement homes, assisted living centers, and other senior citizen groups establish and maintain their own ukulele groups.
